Learn About How We Handle Refunds

At Commence, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the nature of digital products, our refund policy is outlined below and strictly enforced to ensure fairness and transparency.

Digital Products are Non-Refundable

All purchases of digital products (including downloadable content, assets, eBooks, templates, gaming add-ons, and other digital media) are final and non-refundable. Once the digital product has been delivered or downloaded, we cannot issue a refund.

Exceptions to the Policy

Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:

  • You were charged multiple times for the same product due to a technical error.

  • You never received access to the digital product due to a verified delivery failure on our end.

  • The digital product is significantly defective or corrupted and cannot be used as intended.

If one of these situations applies, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of purchase with:

  • Your order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Any relevant screenshots or error messages

No Refunds for Buyer’s Remorse or Compatibility Issues

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You changed your mind after purchase

  • You misunderstood the product description

  • The product is incompatible with your system, device, or software unless explicitly stated otherwise in the product description

It is the buyer's responsibility to review product details and compatibility information before purchasing.

Fraudulent or Abusive Claims

We reserve the right to refuse refunds to any user who is found to be abusing our refund policy, making false claims, or engaging in suspicious or fraudulent behavior.

Chargebacks

Filing a chargeback through your payment provider without contacting us first to resolve the issue may result in suspension or termination of your account and access to future services.
